I actually can't give you a story here because I was too sassy to do something I was asked yet shouldn't be asked to do in the first place, but I could tell you what happened after "the phone call" though: basically a few neighbours were forced to stay within the compound (presumably they did take the additional PCR test), nobody got any COVID; how can I know? If any of these neighbours actually turned out to be positive, the whole building would be quarantined... so, if you did go and do the thing, the results would probably be the same.
